    •** **_Your Role:_

    + Operate and monitor state-of-the-art vacuum atomization furnaces

    + Load materials, manage furnace controls, and ensure smooth operation

    + Conduct inspections, clean equipment, and perform light maintenance

    + Use hoists and hand tools to handle heavy components

    + Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all PPE protocols

    + Collaborate with skilled teammates and receive ongoing technical training

    •** **_Flexible Shift Options:_

    Weekend Shifts (3 Days On, 4 Days Off):

    + 4th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + 5th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    Weekday Shifts (4-Day Workweek):

    + 6th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    + 7th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

    + 8th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
