    • **Shift:** 6:50 PM – 7:00 AM (12-Hour Rotating Schedule (2-2-3); Every Other Weekend Off)

    • **Placement:** Direct Hire

    • **Salary:** $52,000 – $80,000/year (Based on experience)

    Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our night shift team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, ensuring quality, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and motivate a team of production associates on our advanced coating lines.

    + Monitor production flow and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency.

    + Report on key metrics like yield, efficiency, and downtime.

    + Train team members on safety protocols, SOPs, and quality standards.

    + Prioritize production schedules based on customer specifications.

    + Assist with equipment operation and glass handling as needed.

     

    What You Bring

    _Required:_

    + 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    + Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.

    + Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel).

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    _Preferred:_

    + Forklift certification or experience.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
