As a Construction Laborer, you’ll play a key role supporting skilled tradespeople—concrete carpenters and pipefitters—on a long-term project that offers job security, skill development, and the opportunity to contribute to your community.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist concrete and pipefitting crews with daily tasks and project execution.

    + Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

    + Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.

    + Perform physical labor including lifting, framing, demolition, and installations.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite; manage tools and equipment.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 6 months of experience in construction or general labor.

    + Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts.

    + Ability to read a tape measure and assist with basic carpentry or mechanical tasks.

    + Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.

    + Bonus: Experience in industrial environments or basic electrical knowledge.

    Work Environment

     

    This is an outdoor construction role in varying weather conditions. Physical labor, forklift operation, and adherence to safety protocols are required.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
