POSITION TITLE: Quality Information Systems Manager (Days 8am to 5pm)

SHIFT HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm .

SALARY RANGE: $102,000 to $134,000

JOB SUMMARY: Manages the information management group which solves organizational business problems using technology by analyzing business requirements, developing solutions, and validating the process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

+ Lead and manage the Quality Information Systems group.

+ Manages software validations.

+ Manages software upgrades and installations.

+ Lead quality system improvements projects.

+ Effectively collaborate with other LSI departments to implement new, upgraded, useful, and impactful electronic quality and regulatory systems.

+ Monitor the effectiveness of electronic systems and QIS initiatives through the development of metrics, and keep management regularly updated as to goals, progress, and challenges.

+ Support Quality and Regulatory implementations of information systems for Quality Management and improve business process effectiveness and efficiency.

+ Serve as one of the administrators and subject matter experts of Grand Avenue Software (GAS), Quality Management Software (QMS) suite.

+ Maintains staff by appraising, encouraging, and counseling employees.

+ Manage Document Control, improve accuracy and process of QIS System.

+ Support and enhance LSI employees GAS experience.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ All other duties as assigned.

+ Abide by all company policies and procedures per the LSI Solutions ® Employee Manual.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline required, or equivalent experience

+ Electronic information systems implementation and database management experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

+ Capable of correctly analyzing and documenting processes.

+ Proficient with MS Office suite, including MS Visio.

+ Analytical problem solving / troubleshooting skills.

+ Project Management capability.
