Your Impact:
+ Partnering with Human Resources, Missions and Operations and other key business units to design and implement an effective Associate engagement and recognition program that ensures effective job onboarding experience, barrier removal, and career path planning.
+ Recruiting, hiring, and training a team of associate Success Ambassadors who will provide career and support services to front-line Associates.
+ Developing comprehensive Associate Onboarding, Orientation, and Mentoring Programs for front-line associates, in collaboration with Human Resources and Donated Goods Retail Leadership Team.
+ Executing an internal associate communication plan to ensure the vision, values, initiatives, and organizational information are communicated regularly and effectively to front-line Associates through the Ambassadors.
+ Ensuring departments’ priorities and goals are aligned with Goodwill's strategic goals.
+ Leading the development and tracking of the Associate Success Department’s critical success factors and key performance indicators to include a system by which they will be measured.
+ Partnering with the Vice President for Mission Services to ensure Associate access and connectivity with internal mission service offerings and community partnership services for barrier removal, educational and training opportunities, or job placement outside of Goodwill.
+ Researching and preparing information regarding national and regional workforce trends impacting recruitment and retention of frontline Associates for planning and implementation purposes
Your Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree required and at least 3 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Education, or a closely related field. A combination of education and work experience will be considered.
+ Program management experience preferred.
+ Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Office. Experience in enterprise data management systems preferred.
+ Confident interacting at all levels, internally and externally, engendering confidence and professional regard as a trusted, credible, and valued colleague. Ability to maintain highly sensitive and confidential information and records.
+ Experience with managing multiple stakeholder relationships in coordination of large projects and initiatives.
+ High level of initiative and ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
+ Strong analytical and communication skills.
+ Possess a hands-on, open working style that stimulates cooperation and, in turn, produces results; sought after for advice, counsel, and judgment.
+ Possess a valid, current Driver’s License, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and ability to meet insurance driving record requirements.
+ Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required.
Ability to travel to program sites and events across Goodwill SEGA’s territory and state-wide.
