    FirstDiv is hiring a Mid-Level Administrative Specialist to provide enterprise-wide administrative support to PM WGC. This role supports daily operations, travel coordination, document tracking, and high-level correspondence in a dynamic program office.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage calendars and schedule meetings for PM/DPM.

    + Support travel documentation (DTS), morning reports, and SharePoint content.

    + Edit and prepare technical documents and correspondence.

    + Track personnel rosters, taskers, and document workflows.

    + Coordinate with MCSC systems (e.g., DISS, MOL, VIPER, AMHS).

    Requirements

    + 5+ years of administrative experience in acquisition or DoD setting.

    + Bachelor’s degree or vocational equivalent.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

    + Experience with DTS, DISS, or tasker management systems preferred.

    + Travel: None expected.

    + An active Secret clearance is required.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

    + Specific vision abilities required include close vision due to computer work.

    + Light to moderate lifting may be required.

    + Regular, predictable attendance is required, including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.

    Work Environment:

    + Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers, phones, and printers, light traffic).

    + Ability to work in a confined area.

    + Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
