About the Role:

Client is expanding its IT capabilities and is excited to add a Data Engineer to our growing team. This is a net new position created to support our strategic technology initiatives and reduce reliance on external contractors. As we continue to modernize and scale our data infrastructure, we’re looking for a collaborative, communicative, and technically skilled individual to help us build scalable data solutions that empower our business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines and scalable data sets.

- Lead data migration efforts, including a current project involving migration from Snowflake to Databricks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.

- Contribute to a team-oriented, family-like culture where everyone is a valued member.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
