    The Enhanced Outpatient Services Program is a new program for the agency. As the EOS Clinical Supervisor, you will be part of the hiring process for program positions, including master’s level Clinicians and bachelor’s level staff.

     

    What You’ll Be Doing

     

    You will assist the team with their goals of supporting families by building on their strengths using community-based support to provide a wide range of assistance and resources to children with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and other mental health concerns.

     

    Hybrid Role, 20% Remote Work.

     

    Your Main Priorities

    While additional responsibilities are likely to arise on the job, you will primarily:

    •    Build the agency’s new EOS program, including but not limited to recruitment and community outreach to partner agencies.

    •    Lead EOS program staff as they support children and families throughout the state of Rhode Island; this includes training and supervision of staff.

    •    Carry at least half a caseload of clients

    •    Responsible in ensuring that staff deliver high-quality clinical services and complete case documentation in a timely manner.

    •    Review and sign off on Medicaid paperwork including diagnoses, assessments, and treatment plans.

    •    Attend agency meetings, complete quarterly reports, and participate in other agency requirements as appropriate.

    Skills & Abilities

    •    Master of Social Work or equivalent required.

    •    Rhode Island Department of Health licensure LMFT, LMHC or LICSW required.

    •    Experience child development, adolescent development, family dynamics, adult learning techniques, child protection and other relevant human services systems required; previous supervisory or administrative experience a plus.

    •    Strong organizational, critical thinking and time-management skills.

    •    Basic computer skills required; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

    •    Ability to communicate and effectively interact with a diverse population.

    •    Collaboration and teamwork.

    •    Leadership.

    •    Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and car registration.

    •    Must authorize Child & Family to complete a motor vehicle records check.

    •    The ideal candidate will be required to meet all background checks and medical clearances required for the position.

    Travel Requirements

    Site location: Providence

     

    Statewide travel required.

    Physical Requirements

    Direct Service Staff:

    This position requires time sitting, standing, walking, driving, carrying and lifting up to 25lbs. This role also requires operating desktop, laptop and/or cell phone, and communicating with colleagues.
