    The Director of Sales forHampton Inn Seattle Federal Way \(https://www\.hilton\.com/en/hotels/seafwhx\-hampton\-suites\-seattle\-federal\-way/\)is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue, leading the sales team, and establishing long\-term business relationships to support the success of the hotel\. This individual will focus on growing business travel accounts, managing key partnerships, and working cross\-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence\.

    #### Key Responsibilities:

    + Sales Leadership & Strategy

     

    - Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve performance and revenue goals\.

    - Create and implement strategic sales plans to drive occupancy, room nights, and revenue\.

    - Set and monitor individual and departmental sales targets\.

    + Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

     

    - Respond to inbound sales inquiries and proactively generate new leads\.

    - Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within the corporate and group travel segments\.

    - Establish and maintain long\-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business\.

    + Sales Execution

     

    - Conduct site visits and client meetings to promote the hotel’s services and offerings\.

    - Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals\.

    - Manage key accounts and oversee post\-sale service and satisfaction\.

    + Reporting & Analysis

     

    - Analyze lost business reports and market trends to adjust strategies as needed\.

    - Monitor sales activity, performance metrics, and ROI on initiatives\.

    + Financial Management

     

    - Develop and manage the annual sales budget and forecast\.

    - Monitor departmental expenses and ensure adherence to financial targets\.

    + Cross\-Department Collaboration

     

    - Work closely with Operations, Front Office, and Catering to ensure client expectations are met\.

    - Ensure smooth execution of group bookings and special requests\.

     

    The annual salary range for this role is $85k\-\-$95k and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location\.
