Salesforce Business System Analyst 2111 * Hourly pay: $50-$60 * Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588 or Atlanta, GA 30326 * Hybrid) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program * 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment, Possible extesion A leading enterprise software solutions company seeks a Salesforce Business System Analyst. The successful candidate will provide techno-functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are efficient and meet user requirements. Solution focus areas include Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, Sales Cloud, Lightning, Content Management, AI, and integrations to other in-house applications. Salesforce Business System Analyst Responsibilities: * Plan and manage multiple projects in coordination with technical and business teams. * Work closely with the sales, finance, and legal operations team, along with other business process groups, to ensure the requirements are understood and detailed. * Understand and implement quote-to-order (CPQ & CLM or similar systems) functionalities. * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for AI-driven solutions. * Maintain a high-level familiarity with other IT systems/business application capabilities and scope definition in order to make recommendations regarding upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points. * Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met. Work closely with the project team during user acceptance testing (UAT), including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off. Salesforce Business System Analyst Qualifications: * 8+ years of proven track record in business analysis or related field. * 5-8 years of experience with Salesforce and integration. * 5+ years of experience with CPQ, CLM, or similar systems. * Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field. * Business Analyst Salesforce CRM & Conga. * Conga CLM. * Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and automation tools. * Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills. * Process mapping and workflow automation experience. * Ability to translate business needs into AI technical specifications.
