Job Title: No-Code Developer
Salary Range: $60,000 – $85,000/year
About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented No-Code Developer to join our team at our Carol Stream location. In this full-time, on-site role, you will work directly under the Vice President of Operations to help build and scale innovative SaaS products for the healthcare, EMS, and public safety sectors. You’ll play a key role in turning ideas into production-ready web and mobile apps using modern no-code tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and launch SaaS applications using Bubble.io, UXpilot.ai, Figma, and other no-code platforms
• Create visually engaging, user-friendly interfaces and workflows that align with operational goals
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to understand business needs and translate them into functioning software
• Implement secure, role-based access systems with HIPAA-conscious design when applicable
• Build interactive dashboards, forms, reports, and automation tools for internal and external users
• Maintain and iterate on existing no-code applications
• Document workflows, design decisions, and user instructions
• Participate in product planning, prioritization, and timeline management under the direction of the Vice President of Operations
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with no-code platforms (especially Bubble.io and UXpilot.ai)
• Proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping
• Strong understanding of web/mobile UI/UX best practices
• Ability to manage project timelines and deliver clean, maintainable builds
• Familiarity with third-party integrations, APIs, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Bonus: Experience building multi-tenant SaaS products or working in EMS/healthcare environments
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work closely with leadership on-site
