    Job Summary

    Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Senior Mechanical Engineering Technician.

    What You Will Do

    + Involved with the design, fabrication, and modification of mechanical and/or electro mechanical components, sub-systems and systems

    + Evaluate and recommend design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products or services

    + Investigate solutions to product or process problems

    + Support engineering with a variety of moderately complex engineering duties and/or hands-on tasks

    + Assist in design, build, and/or procurement of new or improved machines, tools, fixtures and material handling equipment and coordinating the implementation

    + Responsible for completing process documentation, bill of materials, route sheets, etc.

    + Review project instructions and drawings to ascertain test specifications, procedures, objectives, test equipment, nature of technical problem and possible solutions, and to support the design for manufacture

    + Provide hands-on feedback to engineers

    + Mentor and coach less experienced technicians

    Education & Experience Requirements

    + Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Competent technical expertise in design to build modeling

    + Able to work independently and with a team
