    As a key member of our senior leadership team, you’ll take the lead in shaping and driving safety initiatives across McNeilus facilities. Supported by a small, dedicated team, you’ll champion a proactive safety culture that safeguards our people and empowers our operations.

    YOUR IMPACT:

    + **Lead Safety Innovation** : Assess and elevate our current loss prevention strategies to ensure best-in-class performance.

    + **Drive Health & Safety Programs** : Provide strategic direction and hands-on guidance for implementing and sustaining all safety initiatives.

    + **Shape Accountability** : Collaborate with leadership to build and uphold a management accountability program that drives ownership at every level.

    + **Risk & Reward Alignment** : Identify potential risks and define clear roles, training paths, success metrics, and recognition structures within the employee safety management system.

    + **Ensure Compliance** : Maintain rigorous adherence to OSHA, as well as all federal, state, and local safety regulations.

    + **Oversee Security Operations** : Manage contract security teams across both operational locations, ensuring seamless protection and incident response.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Safety Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field

    + 5+ years of experience in safety management with a strong track record of success

    WHAT MAKES YOU EXCEL:

    + Background in **manufacturing environments**

    + ASP or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation

    + Proven **leadership, team development** , and **project management** capabilities

    Pay Range:

    $82,000.00 - $132,800.00

     

    The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
