**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **Configuration Management Analyst** to join our team in **Doral, FL** .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Maintains the integrity and accuracy of an organization's IT infrastructure and service information, with a deep understanding of ITIL-informed best practices.

+ Leads and mentors junior team members, drives process improvements, and ensures consistent reliability and up-to-date configuration data.

+ Manages the accuracy and completeness of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), documenting all IT assets, configurations, and relationships.

+ Develops and enforces data governance policies and procedures for the CMDB, and performs regular audits and reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.

+ Implements and maintains automated discovery and dependency mapping tools, identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize configuration management processes.

+ Collaborates with other ITSM Teams (Incident, Problem, Change Management) to ensure seamless integration of configuration data.

+ Provides accurate and timely configuration information to support incident resolution, problem analysis, and change implementation, while maintaining a strong understanding of IT infrastructure components.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree

+ 9+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of position-specific relevant configuration management experience.

+ Strong understanding of ITIL-informed best practices, particularly in the areas of configuration management, change management, and incident management.

+ Experience with CMDB tools and technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Atrium). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Desired Qualifications:

+ Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.

+ Experience with industry-standard or DoD-directed CM tools such as Jira, Confluence, and others as needed to support individual project requirements.

+ 5+ years of experience in a configuration management role. ITIL v4 Foundation certification.

+ Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

+ Must have an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
