    Picture Yourself at Pega:

    As the Sr. Product Manager for Sales Automation at Pega, you will be responsible for managing the internal adoption and implementation of Pega's Sales Automation solutions across the organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across all departments, collaborate with Platform and Sales Automation product teams, and drive the adoption of Sales Automation product features with internal sales teams. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes, combined with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and deliver measurable results.

    What You'll Do at Pega:

    + Develop and execute the internal implementation strategy for Sales Automation solutions, aligning with overall company objectives and sales team needs

    + Translate product capabilities into practical internal use cases that demonstrate value to Pega's sales organization

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all departments

    + Lead cross-functional implementation initiatives, coordinating efforts between sales, IT, and product teams

    + Develop comprehensive adoption plans and track implementation metrics to measure success

    + Keep executives informed on implementation progress, roadmap, and key milestones

    + Create clear, compelling communications about Sales Automation benefits and capabilities while developing and delivering training materials and documentation for internal users

    + Identify and resolve complex implementation challenges that arise during adoption

    Who You Are:

    + 7+ years of product management or implementation experience, with at least 3 years working with enterprise software

    + Experience with CRM, sales automation, or related technology implementations

    + Demonstrated success in driving software adoption within an organization

    + Strong understanding of sales processes, automation technologies, and CRM systems

    + Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
