Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Laboratory Setting, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift

Work in a premier environment as a Packaging/Labeling Tech II on the 2nd Shift. Collaborate with a results-focused team following established processes.

What will you do?

Packaging/Manufacturing Technician II needed for regulated packaging environment. Work with team on various tasks.

+ Manual or automated assembly, manufacturing, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products.

+ Ensuring adherence to specifications and maintaining the highest quality standards.

+ Working alongside cross-functional teams with support from a Room Leader.

+ Performing tasks according to Good Manufacturing Principles, customer requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures.

How will you get here?

+ High school diploma or equivalent experience, with the ability to read, write, and complete basic mathematics calculations.

+ Experience in a similar role is a plus.

+ Basic computer skills for data entry and job sign-in/sign-out.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

+ Dedication to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.

+ Physical ability to meet the job requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

+ Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

+ Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.

+ Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.

+ Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

+ Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.

+ Proficiency in reading, understanding, and adhering to SOPs and GMP policies.

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks continuously.

+ Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

+ Vision requirements including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

+ Must be able to work in varying temperature environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $15.26–$22.89.
