    Job Description

    What Makes You a Top Draft Pick:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + At least 18 years old.

    + Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.

    + Experience rocking it as an infant teacher.

    + Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.

    + Child Development Associate (CDA) or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.

    + Previous preschool lead teacher experience (a must!).

    + Classroom management skills that keep the team on point (preferred).
