Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two (2) year of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations
+ Associate's Degree and a minimum of four (4) year of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations
+ High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) year of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations
Relevant Work Experience
+ Minimum of one (1) year of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations, required.
+ Basic understanding of IT principles, including hardware, software, and networking, required.
+ Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project), required.
+ Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure and workstation management, required.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise instructions to end users, required.
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, required.
+ Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues, required.
+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, required.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, required.

Additional Physical Demands
+ Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
+ Must be able and willing to work overtime and travel within Company service territory, as needed.
+ Must be flexible with work hours, be on call, and respond to emergencies as required.
