    Job Summary

    Allegiant Stadium is seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of Booking to lead the pursuit and execution of world-class events at one of the most dynamic and in-demand venues in the world. This role goes beyond securing events— it’s about shaping a balanced, high-impact calendar that maximizes revenue, drives brand visibility, and enhances the venue’s reputation as a premier global destination . As Director of Booking, you will be the primary liaison with major event promoters, producers, and rights holders, negotiating deals that bring marquee content to Las Vegas. In collaboration with the Private Events team, stadium operations, and internal stakeholders, you will carefully evaluate logistics , availability, and operational feasibility to seamlessly integrate public and private events into a complex and fast-moving stadium calendar . This position requires a creative, solutions-oriented leader with deep industry connections, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering on both business goals and client expectations.

    Essential Functions

    + Proactively secure and negotiate major events that align with the venue’s strategic and financial goals

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international promoters, rights holders, and partners

    + Oversee all aspects of the booking process—from initial interest through contract negotiation and event confirmation

    + Identify new event opportunities and support the development of innovative, first-time stadium programming

    + Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure the success of booked events

    + Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and sales presentations

    + Provide direction to the Booking Coordinator and support the overall strategy of the Booking Department

    Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):

    A minimum education level of: BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred)

    A minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience

     

    Proven track record of successful event bookings and contract negotiations

     

    Strong industry relationships and understanding of event operations, touring logistics , and revenue modeling

     

    Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

     

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

     

    Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
