Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Own MVA 101 & 102 (Manufacturing Value Added):**

+ MVA 101: Track and analyze costs related to manufacturing (direct/indirect labor, utilities, facilities).

+ MVA 102: Manage costs associated with inboard/outboard packaging and related expenses.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to establish and update cost rates per product.

+ **Financial Operations & Analysis:**

+ Support monthly closings and budgeting processes.

+ Monitor and lead both operating and capital expenditures.

+ Provide ROI analysis for projects, with strategic insights to drive operational performance.

+ **Compliance & Reporting:**

+ Partner with tax and accounting teams to ensure US compliance.

+ Map and document processes to mitigate compliance risk.

+ Strong Excel skills required for accurate reporting and analysis.

+ **Collaboration & Leadership:**

+ Work closely with plant leadership, supply chain, and other departments.

+ Support asset tracking and lifecycle in GAMS.

+ Train and guide teams on financial controls and process optimization.

+ **Special Projects & Continuous Improvement:**

+ Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

+ Support forecast accuracy, including variance analysis.

+ Contribute to operational strategy through data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

+ 5+ years of finance experience, ideally in manufacturing.

+ Strong skills in budget control, CAPEX tracking, and financial analysis.

Preferred Attributes:

+ Experience in multinational companies.

+ Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP).

+ Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

+ Familiarity with fixed asset processes and financial modeling.

+ Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
