What You’ll Do:

+ Provide 1:1 and group behavioral support to students

+ Implement evidence-based ABA strategies

+ Assist in crisis intervention and promote positive behaviors

+ Track student progress through accurate data collection

+ Help students develop independence and life skills

+ Partner with teachers and specialists to create a nurturing environment

What You’ll Need:

+ High school diploma (required)

+ Experience in behavior intervention (preferred, but not required)

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ A positive attitude and a passion for helping others

+ Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive setting
