    • **Location:** Three Rivers, TX

    • **Pay:** $20–$22/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)

    • **Schedule:** 7 Days On, 7 Days Off Rotating Days and Nights

    **R360 Environmental Solutions** , a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious **Equipment Operator/Technician** to support our **Thermal Operations** in Three Rivers, TX. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have experience with centrifuge and injection well operations, and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

    • **The Job:**

    + Safely operate heavy equipment (Excavators, ADT’s, Wheel Loaders, Forklifts) for material handling.

    + Perform daily or per-shift equipment cleaning, along with pre- and post-operation inspections and report any maintenance needs.

    + Assist in thermal operations, including monitoring and controlling process levels, temperatures, pressures, and flows.

    + Manage truck traffic and oversee the unloading of End Dumps and Bottle Trucks in designated pits.

    + Assist with washouts of End Dumps and Bottle Trucks.

    + On planned outages work as a team to deliver results.

    + Meet deadlines on pending repairs to run out operations efficiently.

    + Follow safety regulations and attend daily meetings.

    • **Requirements:**

    + Ability to learn quickly and work independently

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills

    + Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage

    + Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
