Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Oracle Fusion Financials Lead to manage and enhance our financial systems using Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in finance and technology, with expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials applications. As the lead, you will be pivotal in driving financial system optimization, supporting strategic business decisions, and ensuring financial data integrity across the organization.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Oracle Fusion Financials modules to ensure they meet the organization's financial reporting and operational needs.
+ Collaborate with finance and IT teams to develop strategies for deploying new functionalities and improving existing processes within Oracle Fusion Financials.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle Fusion Financials related issues, providing technical and functional support to end-users.
+ Facilitate the integration of Oracle Fusion Financials with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and reporting capabilities.
+ Manage financial system upgrades and patches, including testing and deployment in coordination with Oracle's release schedule.
+ Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user competency and promote efficient use of the Oracle Fusion Financials platform.
+ Ensure that system configurations and operations comply with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
+ Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and provide recommendations for improvements to achieve financial efficiency and accuracy.
+ Deep expertise with Oracle Fusion modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, General Ledger, Procure-to-Pay, Expenses, Revenue Recognition, Project Costing, Project Driven Supply Chain familiarity
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems analysis and administration, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle Fusion Financials.
+ Proven experience in leading Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
+ Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, and expense management.
+ Industry experience within Aerospace and Defense
+ Familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance regulations.
+ Oracle Fusion Financials certification is a plus.
+ Excellent project management and leadership skills, with a track record of managing complex projects and diverse teams.
+ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with IT and finance departments to achieve optimal system performance and meet financial objectives.
+ This role requires U.S. citizenship in adherence to ITAR, DFARS, and federal compliance standards.

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range
The salary range for this position in local currency is 126700.00 - 235300.00
Is this role subject to ITAR?
The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations.
