    Job Summary** **:

    Ralliant is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Digital Workplace Executive Support Specialist to be located at the Ralliant headquarters in Raileigh North Carolina. They will support audiovisual and provide technical support for events, ensure smooth operation of sound and video equipment, and coordinate with event planners to meet client needs. They’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems like projectors, microphones, and lighting, while providing real-time tech support during presentations or live events. They’ll also support end-user devices, including Windows and Mac PCs, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Additionally, they’ll deliver excellent customer service, supporting executives with professionalism and efficiency in these technical areas to ensure top-notch experiences.

    Ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a proven track record in supporting corporate board level audiovisual systems as well as troubleshoot the end user interfacing devices.

    Primary Responsibilities and Job Duties:

    + Collaborating with clients to determine AV needs before an event

    + Transporting, setting up and connecting all audio-visual equipment for live performances

    + Testing the equipment to ensure everything is connected correctly and the signal is strong

    + Installing permanent AV equipment in offices or classrooms

    + Working with clients and performers to ensure the equipment meets their needs

    + Cleaning, repairing and maintaining all equipment

    + Creating records about inventory, maintenance and other key details related to the equipment

    + Providing technical assistance to users of AV equipment

    + Installs, configures, validates, and troubleshoots desktops, printers, and associated peripherals.

    + Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.

    + Adjusts to multiple demands and shifting priorities; accepts responsibility for results of actions.

    + Works with team to support achievement of project milestones and deliver on commitments.

    + Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system

    Required Qualifications

    + Very strong customer service skillset

    + Knowledge of various types of AV equipment

    + Ability to understand diagrams and schedules

    + Communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to take inventory and complete reports on equipment

    + Comfort with various types of technology

    + Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly

    + Technical and troubleshooting skills

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    + Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

    + Knowledge of FinOps principles.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Customer service experience

    + Technical background or experience working closely with IT and technical teams.

    + Experience in implementing board room audio visual systems

    + Project management skills

    + Demonstrated leadership skills or experience leading cross-functional teams.

    This position is also eligible for bonus and equity as part of the total compensation package.

    Pay Range

    The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,200.00 - 150,800.00
