1. Duties and Responsibilities For all positions listed above (including but not limited to):
1. Strict adherence to all Safety and Standard Operation Procedures
2. Accurate logging of time worked to the appropriate Job Numbers
3. Maintenance of accurate material movement documentation, magazine and oven inventory logs
4. Accurate completion of Material traceability labels (as needed)
5. Safety Buddy support of energetic materials delivery across the facility (as needed)
6. Cleaning of facility, equipment, vehicles, tooling and containers with water and/or solvents
7. Completion of Standard work checklists, 5S activities and FOD control
8. Assist in the updating of process documentation
9. Participation in Daily Management meetings
10. Participation in Process Improvement Initiatives
11. Participation in Process Hazards Analysis
12. Support departmental conductivity & ESD control throughout Chemical Operations facilities
13. Participation in applicable team meetings both in-person & via. M.S. Teams
14. Obtain on-site drivers’ certification to support team activities (as needed)
1. Specific Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:
Chemical Operations Production Control Clerk I
Duties and responsibilities as listed in Section 1.
+ Create and maintain records on daily energetic powder deliveries on waterfall.
+ Review inventory / stock records, material requirements and future production schedules to determine if on-hand materials are sufficient to complete production on schedule.
+ Computer Skills including Microsoft Suite/Outlook
+ Gather information and prepare and track Chemical Operations Quality Lot Reviews (QALRs).
+ Ensure availability of these resources when needed; collaborate with the production planner to identify shortages.
+ Monitor/control work-in-process, lead-time, and Jobs / Work Orders in collaboration with area Supervisor; monitor start and completion dates for each work order, communicating with the production planner on work orders with late production start dates to determine updated schedule to meet customer demands.
+ Close completed work orders and perform inventory adjustments at the end of job completion; control inventory accuracy in the MRP system (Visual).
+ Conduct regular inventory audits in storage facilities (shelf life), work-in-process, closed jobs etc.
+ Provide “Safety Buddy” support for other area personnel (as needed)
+ Routinely visit and enter energetic & non-energetic materials storage facilities (i.e., magazines, ovens, etc.) Ensure accuracy of physical inventory vs. MRP system (Visual)
+ Support the Chemical Operations team by performing other related duties as assigned.
Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience Required: Basic math and mechanical skills

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 29,500.00 - 54,700.00
Is this role subject to ITAR?
The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations.
