Zantech is looking for a talented Top Secret Cleared Senior Technical Program Manager to provide oversight on IT and cybersecurity program support services, cloud architecture and infrastructure management, and technical project leadership for an upcoming role based out of the Pentagon near Washington DC.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will provide day-to-day oversight of all IT and cybersecurity contract support personnel and operations, ensuring secure, reliable technology services that enable MC&FP's mission to support military families through digital platforms and applications.

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

+ Day-to-day oversight of all IT and cybersecurity contract support personnel

+ Task 3 performance management and technical coordination

+ IT and cybersecurity program support services delivery

+ Technical project planning and execution oversight

+ Coordination with Government technical stakeholders

+ DoD Cloud Computing SRG and RMF experience preferred

+ Change Management and quality assurance experience preferred (AGILE, ITIL, CMMI, PMBOK)

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

+ Minimum 8 years planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects and operations of similar size and scope

+ Complex IT project and operations management

+ IT systems planning and direction

+ Team leadership and technical coordination

+ Government IT program management

+ Technical problem-solving and decision-making

Required Certifications/Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information systems, or related field

+ Advanced degree in relevant technical field preferred

+ One of the following certifications required:

+ GSLC

+ CCISO

+ CISSP

+ CISM

+ CISA

+ Certifications preferred:

+ PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

+ DAWIA Level III Program Management

Required Security Clearance:

+ US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Top Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
