    Summary:

    The main function of a marketing manager is to lead the research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Support day-to-day community management across social platforms, including monitoring conversations, responding to followers, and escalating issues as needed

    + Collaborate with the Community Management Lead to execute community engagement strategies and uphold brand voice

    + Create and edit engaging social content (static, video, stories, Reels/TikToks, etc.)

    + Partner with the Content Creation Lead to bring campaign ideas to life, ensuring alignment with tone, aesthetic, and platform-specific best practices

    + Stay up to date on social media trends, pop culture moments, and emerging platforms

    + Contribute to content calendar planning, copywriting, and post-production editing

    + Help maintain social media security practices, platform hygiene, and password protocols

    Education/ Qualifications

    + 6 years of professional experience in social media marketing, with hands-on experience in both community management and content creation

    + Proficient in social tools (e.g., Sprinklr or native platform tools)

    + Skilled in editing software (e.g., Adobe Express, CapCut, or Premiere)

    + Deep understanding of social media culture, tone, and emerging trends

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    + Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
