Your Role as a Cook

As a key member of our Food and Nutritional Services (FANS) team, youll play an essential part in providing high-quality, nutritious meals with care and precision:

+ Follow culinary production records for both patient and retail food

+ Small batch or cook-to-order production to ensure freshness and temperature

+ Prepare therapeutic and regular meals in alignment with dietary guidelines

+ Support cafe and catering operations, including setup and garnishing

+ Assist with food prep/pulls for upcoming service days

Qualifications

What Youll Bring

Required:

+ At least **1 year of foodservice experience** in a high-volume culinary environment

Preferred:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Culinary Certification
