Role Overview

**Sodexo School Services** provides essential food management solutions to school districts across the country and we are currently seeking a **Food Operations Manager 3** for the **Lake Washington School District** located in **Redmond, WA.** The ideal candidate will be a self sufficient manager capable of acting independently to drive successful outcomes for the unit. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. What You'll Do

+ Create and maintain a safe work environment for all employees

+ Utilize Sodexo tools to build strong client, customer, and staff relationships

+ Oversee daily food service operations and ensure regulatory compliance

+ Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with client goals

+ Monitor financial performance and ensure budgetary goals are met

+ Support HR standards and ensure consistent team development

What You Bring

+ Experience managing child nutrition food service operations (National School Lunch Program, NSLP preferred)

+ Strong culinary background with an eye for operational efficiency

+ Commitment to employee training, engagement, and safety

+ Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred). Valid driver's license is required.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and lead with flexibility and professionalism

+ Proficiency in computer systems and strong reporting skills

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
