Sodexo is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA. The marketing specialist with create content and execute marketing campaigns for Dining Services operations to enhance student experience and customer engagement. Responsible for developing strategic marketing plans that align with standardized business planning models.

What You'll Do

+ Drive growth through planning, development and execution of growth initiatives, including: Non-Mandatory Sales/Pricing/Retail & Catering/New Sales & Retention/eCommerce & Mutualized Promotions

+ Lead and motivates a productive team of interns and street team members to effectively promote programs and engage the campus community

+ Execute strategies to enhance customer insight and satisfaction using surveys, focus groups, engagement promotions, and relevant technologies

+ Create and manages internal and external communications through websites, social media, innovation sharing, and dissemination of best practices

+ Forge collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, department heads, student groups, and other partners to create transformative customer experiences

+ Build and maintains strong client relationships to support strategic alignment, long-term partnership growth, and operational success

+ Maintain a visible, on-site presence to promote program awareness

What You Bring

+ Proven expertise in marketing strategy and demonstrated experience in writing, content development, and brand storytelling

+ Exceptional communication skills paired with strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience

+ Proficiency in essential digital tools and software; experience with Adobe Express or similar platforms is highly desirable

+ Ability to drive initiatives independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations
