    What You'll Do

    + Provide leadership and daily oversight of **front-of-house operations** including multiple dining halls, a bistro, and catering services.

    + Support a wide variety of venues.

    + Manage and inspire a diverse team of full-time unionized staff, managers/supervisors/office staff, and student employees.

    + Drive **customer satisfaction** , employee engagement, and financial performance.

    + Uphold Sodexo and client standards for quality, safety, and service excellence.

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
