    **Sodexo Government Services** is looking for a dedicated **Food Operations Manager** to oversee two Cafes and four National Retail Brands in the **Northern, VA** area. This is a high visibility position that requires proven experience in customer service. You MUST be a US citizen and willing to work in a secured area.

    What You'll Do

    + be responsible for all the financial activities

    + schedule and lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes

    + ordering and inventory procedures

    + train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards.

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
