    Role Overview

    **Sodexo** is seeking a **Chef Manager** to lead culinary operations at **RWJBarnabas Health at Rahway in Rahway, NJ.** In this community hospital the Chef Manager will be hands-on, you'll oversee food production, ensure culinary excellence, and support patient dining and retail services.

    What You'll Do

    + Lead a culinary team and manage daily kitchen operations

    + Ensure food quality , safety, and compliance with Sodexo and hospital standards

    + Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support patient satisfaction

    + Assist with menu planning, inventory, and cost controls
