    This is a **temp-to-perm opportunity** offering stability, room for growth.We want a hands-on tech who can lead in one trade (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Ops) and jump in wherever needed to keep systems running at peak performance.

     

    _Must Have EPA and Commercial Experience for Consideration._

    What You’ll Do:

    + Maintain, inspect, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/life safety, and control systems

    + Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all systems meet performance standards

    + Monitor and log equipment data, troubleshoot issues, and take corrective action

    + Work safely and cleanly, following site protocols for hazardous materials and tools

    + Support inventory, parts ordering, and oversee contractor quality

    + Collaborate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly

    What You Bring:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 2–4 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance

    + Technical skills in at least one core trade area (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Utility Plant)

    + Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort with multiple systems

    + **EPA 608 Type II required** (Universal strongly preferred)

    + Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

    + Bonus points for trade school in HVAC, electrical, or refrigeration

    **Pay Details:** $32.00 to $34.00 per hour
