    About the Role

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled **A & P Mechanics** to support our clients in the aviation industry. Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience, this is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge aircraft and grow your career in a high-demand field.

    What You’ll Do

    + Inspect and examine aircraft components, diagnosing malfunctions as needed

    + Read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, ATA codes, and service bulletins

    + Perform routine maintenance, including powerplant and component replacements

    + Complete tasks efficiently and to FAA, customer, and company quality standards

    + Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts usage

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license

    + Experience using hand tools, reading schematics, and following work instructions

    + Ability to lift over 30 lbs

    + Familiarity with aviation industry standards and procedures

    Preferred:

    + 3–5+ years of experience (entry-level candidates may be considered depending on client needs)

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $45.00 per hour
