The Opportunity
FCA is excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our THRIVE Recovery Center. THRIVE is a facility dedicated to providing support and resources to individuals in recovery and their family members.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor front desk procedures and ensure participants and guests complete necessary sign-in process for data collection purposes.
+ Compile monthly statistics for THRIVE groups and visitors.
+ Data entry for all monthly reports.
+ Collaborate with Front desk volunteers to ensure accuracy and consistency with front desk procedures.
+ Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Knowledge of data collection and entry
+ Knowledge or office procedures
+ Excellent organizational skills
+ Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Additional Information
+ $19.21 hr
+ Schedule: Part Time 19 hours per week
