    Kaua'i Medical Clinic is the island’s largest clinic and only multispecialty medical group. More than 85 physicians and midlevel providers offer primary and specialty care at clinic locations in Eleele, Kapaa, Koloa and Lihue.

     

    The Koloa satellite clinic provides family practice and internal medicine in Koloa town, making healthcare accessible to residents in outlying areas. Family physicians possess unique skills and knowledge, which qualifies them to provide comprehensive medical care, health maintenance and preventive services to each family member. These specialists, because of their background and interaction with the family, are best qualified to serve as the patient’s advocate in all health-related matters, including the appropriate use of consultants, health services and community resources.

     

    You could gain valuable first-hand clinical operations and health care experience as a Clinic Assistant. In this role you would perform routine tasks ranging from monitoring supplies to administering health care to patients of all ages to supporting departmental staff. We are looking for someone diligent and motivated, who enjoys learning in a fast-paced clinical environment and shares our commitment to creating a healthier Hawai'i.

    **Minimum Qualifications:** High school or equivalent. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Must be able to complete departmental competency assessment by end of orientation period.

    **Preferred Qualifications:** Basic medical terminology. Completion of medical assistant program and/or equivalent experience.
