    ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

    What you will do

    Primary Job Functions:

    + Operational oversight and responsibility for multiple 3P logistics facilities

    + Warehouses, packaging, trucking, bulk terminals, storage, sieving, and transload facilities

    + Includes regular site visits and face-to-face engagement for verification & validation, primarily in the USGC/Texas region

    + Strategic leadership and Third-Party Service Provider relationship management

    + Regular engagement & strategic alignment at all levels of the organization, including leadership

    + Process oversight, strategic planning, maintaining and stewarding KPI’s/metrics, facilitating quarterly stewardship, and operational performance (cost, incident response, etc.)

    + Cost stewardship and optimization

    + Compliance: SHE, site audits, physical inventory reconciliations, etc.

    + Identify and implement value capture and efficiency initiatives (cost, service, and operations)

    + Leverage detailed milestone plans, data/analytics, and stewardship to drive alignment

    + Support business growth and expansion to additional locations and 3P providers

    + Collaborate with Procurement to develop and execute the contracting & commercial strategy

    + Complete ad hoc requests for data and analysis

     

    About you

    Job Requirements:

    + B.S. degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant supply chain experience

    + Demonstrated analytical, communication skills, and ability to influence without authority across both peers and management

    + Experience in managing logistical constraints, identifying alternatives, and prioritizing requests from diverse stakeholders to deliver maximum value

    + Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationship with third parties service and drive improvements

    + Strong Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing experience required

    Desired Knowledge:

    + Capable of leading, guiding and influencing without direct formal authority

    + Skilled at developing and leveraging strong 3P relationships to achieve results

    + Analytical and data driven

    + Strong communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment

    + Sound business judgement, problem solving, and decision-making skills

    + Driven to proactively identify and execute value capture/efficiency opportunities

    + Strategic and creative approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement
