We are hiring a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily projects in the Framingham, Massachusetts office. A DAY IN THE LIFE

+ Responsible for managerial aspects of multifamily projects including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution

+ Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings

+ Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas

+ Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors

+ Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings

+ Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule

+ Make sound decisions under tight deadlines

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

+ At least 5-10 years of project management experience running multifamily projects

+ Design/build experience preferred

+ Estimating experience required

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
