    Housekeeping Supervisor – FT, Day Shift

     

    Absolut Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support and assist in leading the housekeeping department under the direction of the director to deliver exceptional resident experiences. Experience in floor care, including equipment and stripping and waxing floors is a must!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics across resident rooms, and other rooms within the facility.

    + Assist in staff scheduling to ensure smooth operations during evenings, nights, and weekends.

    + Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and ensure resident satisfaction.

    + Manage inventory control of linens, supplies, and housekeeping equipment.

    + Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and deliver an excellent guest experience.
