Our** **Talent Advisor** **- Talent Incident Management SME** **is accountable for:

+ Review all incidents and ensure that they are accurate in Origami, the incident management system, within 24 hours of receipt

+ Collect all documentation/evidence and ensure that it is appropriately attached to the incident case file in the Incident Management System, Origami

+ Take the lead on reviewing the allegations/concerns with the employee, providing constructive feedback, training recommendations, and carrying out corrective action discussions, as required

Essential Skills:

+ Understanding of HR practices such as ADA, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, contract language, etc. preferred

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

+ Highly organized, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong follow-through skills required

+ Self-motivated with keen sense of prioritization, time management

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written

Seeking minimum of 2+ years of Staffing, Human Resources, Talent Management, and/or related area of expertise.
