    Kelly Services is seeking a Sr Coupa Administrator for one of our top clients.

     

    **Duration:** 3 Months

    Job Summary:

    The Senior Coupa Administrator is a crucial contributor to ensure Messer Procurement can provide to stakeholders and operate its Source-to-Pay platform to manage direct and indirect spend by onboarding and enabling suppliers, sourcing spend, ordering from catalogs, issuing purchase orders, and paying supplier invoices. This role will act as the primary point of contact in Messer for Coupa, partnering with our Business, Finance, and Information Service (IS) teams to administer, configure, develop, maintain, and document changes to Messer’s Coupa Business Spend Management platform.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    + Manage and maintain the Coupa platform, including user accounts, roles, and permissions, configuration of workflows and business rules to automate procurement processes.

    + Lead day-to-day ongoing support of the Coupa system including first contact resolution (FCR) for user raised questions and issues by investigating, troubleshooting, and solving system issues (Tier 1 to Tier 3 support).

    + Lead troubleshooting and resolution of any integration related issues between Coupa and SAP in partnership with IS team responsible for development and support of system integrations.

    + Act as subject matter expert for the Coupa platform and participate in the Coupa Community to constantly strive to strengthen their expertise.

    + Manage the Coupa platform upgrades by reviewing release notes, providing delta assessment, understanding and prioritizing new release features, and facilitating process discussion around new features.

    + Produce, maintain and conduct test plans for user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionality and defect resolution; regression testing and testing of fixes to defects in releases.

    + Create, update, and approve change management documentation consistent with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Compliance Management policies.

    + Support solution strategies for business requirements, enhancement requests and defect fixes.

    + Support translation of business requirements into concise functional/technical specs and execute, using agile Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies.

    + Provide mentorship and guidance to Coupa Administrators.

    Required Skills:

    + Coupa P2P (Procurement & Invoicing), Sourcing, and Supplier Information Management (SIM) modules including use of custom approval chains, custom fields, and roles (Required)

    + Coupa Pay (Virtual Cards) experience (Strongly preferred)

    + Strong knowledge in end-to-end procurement and accounts payables processes (Source-to-Pay)

    + Self-starter, with initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision using sound business judgment

    + Familiar with integration mechanisms including REST, cXML, Punchout and SFTP

    Qualifications:

    + Coupa Procure-to-Pay System Administrator Certification

    + Four (4+) years of hands-on experience as a Coupa Administrator working with Coupa P2P (Procurement & Invoicing), Sourcing, and Supplier Information Management (SIM) modules including use of custom approval chains, custom fields, and roles (Required)

    + Eight (8+) years relevant experience in a sourcing, purchasing, accounts payable, or related field

    + Experience with SAP MM (Strongly Preferred)

    + Experience developing & executing implementation strategies, capturing business requirements, solution design, user acceptance testing, and training (Strongly Preferred)
