    Partner Readiness & Events Manager

     

    The Partner Success and Services team is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to lead partner enablement and readiness initiatives across the region. This role is pivotal in scaling Autodesk strategies through our Partner Ecosystem by ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and experiences needed to drive business success.

     

    Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Readiness and Events, this individual will be a critical business partner to Autodesk’s AMER Channel Sales, Sales, and Customer Success Leadership teams. The ideal candidate will blend expertise in managing and coordinating training and enablement initiatives alongside event planning and execution to deliver impactful experiences that foster partner growth, engagement, and performance.

    Responsibilities

    Partner Enablement & Readiness:

    + Execute training programs to enhance partner delivery capabilities and prepare them for business, policy, and program changes

    + Assess partner readiness and develop action plans to improve capabilities and maturity

    + Facilitate knowledge transfer through workshops, webinars, go-live retrospectives, and learning modules

    + Maintain and manage readiness materials, tools, and localized content

    Event Strategy & Execution:

    + Plan, coordinate, and execute regional partner events that align with strategic goals and drive engagement

    + Lead virtual teams including sales, marketing, customer success and industry stakeholders on the design and development of role-based GTM and industry-specific tracks

    + Develop marketing materials and promotional strategies in collaboration with marketing teams

    + Partner with Autodesk’s Field Event Management team to coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor negotiations, registration, and on-site operations

    + Conduct post-event evaluations and report on key metrics such as ROI, satisfaction, and engagement

    Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

    + Partner with internal teams across sales, marketing, customer success, and product development to align strategies and ensure smooth execution

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations

    + Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for partners, helping them navigate challenges and achieve business objectives

    Performance Management & Continuous Improvement:

    + Monitor partner performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement through enablement and training

    + Leverage data and insights to refine delivery methodologies and inform program enhancements

    + Provide feedback to internal teams to optimize partner engagement strategies

    Skills & Experience Required:

    + Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

    + Proven experience in both partner enablement and event planning, including development of agenda tracks and coordination of speakers and content

    + Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills

    + Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration

    + Experience with data analysis and strategic planning to measure program success

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    Minimum Qualifications

    + 5+ years of experience in Partner/Channel enablement, training, including event project management experience

    + Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities

    + Proficiency in readiness and event management methodologies

    Salary transparency

     

    Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,500 and $149,270. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
