    Position Summary:

    This position is responsible for deep cleaning of the service bar areas, including drains and walls in accordance with established department policies and procedures.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

    + Performs deep cleaning of service bar areas, including drains and walls

    + Collects and redistributes glassware in a timely, organized fashion

    + Retrieves requisitions ensuring proper documentation and bottle returns for requisitions and transfers

    Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Maintains glassware par levels

    + Responsible for keeping bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer and glassware

    + Receives, fills and delivers stock orders and requisitions

    + Maintains cleanliness of “outlet” rooms (bussing tables, bar area, etc.)

    Minimum Education and Qualifications:

    + Must be able to understand and complete multiple tasks assigned with minimum supervision

    + Previous guest service experience

    + Must be able to read, write and effectively communicate with co-workers in English

    Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

    + Good written and verbal communication skills

    + Understanding of deep cleaning and power washing techniques

    + Basic knowledge and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) facts about applicable chemicals

    + Good knowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including proper identification, refusal of service and shutoff procedures

    + Thorough knowledge of ice handling procedures as well as health and sanitation guidelines

    Training Requirements:

    + Understanding of health and sanitation guidelines

    + SMART alcohol awareness

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Must be able to stand and bend for extended periods of time

    + Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
