**What You’ll Do** :

+ Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant

+ Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and excellence

+ Collaborate with chef and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience

+ Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment

+ Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture

**Requirements** :

+ Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fine-dining kitchen

+ Passion for food, hospitality and continuous learning

+ Strong attention to detail and time management skills

+ Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
