Key Job Elements:

Immediate opening on 2nd shift - Monday thru Thursday 10 hours with mandatory overtime required when needed.

Position hours 4:45pm to 3:15am with $1.50 shift diff from day one. This position will train on first shift for 4-8 weeks 615am to 4:45pm Monday thru Thursday.

The switch-point final assembler will work at a workstation operating various tools and equipment such as:

• Use measuring devices to determine accuracy and to mark rail accordingly;

• Operate overhead cranes, angle grinder;

• Press.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior machine or grinder experience preferred;

• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision;

• Must be able to read and write legibly and complete production reports with accuracy;

• Strong attention to detail with ability to inspect rail using measuring devices;

• Must be quality oriented and a team player;

• Must have complete understanding of safe work practices;

• Must be able to stand in one location for up to a 12 hour shift.
