_What’s the job?_

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Technical Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and making a real impact? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Service Representative to become a key player on our dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll be an expert for both internal and external customers, helping to shape and maintain our library of Technical Information Sheets—including multilingual versions in Spanish and French. You’ll also take the lead on drafting special exception letters, benchmarking competitor materials, and reviewing roofing project specifications.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Field Representatives, Product Management, and Quality & Compliance teams to ensure our technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.

What You’ll Do:

+ Answer technical request inquiries (phone, email, chat)

+ Maintain and enhance our technical documentation library

+ Draft and review special exception letters and competitor benchmarks

+ Evaluate specifications for roofing projects

+ Support customer inquiries and process claims

+ Monitor shared mailboxes and contribute to special projects

_What do you bring?_

+ **-** Associate’s degree - Required

+ Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred

+ 5 years of construction experience specifically around exterior building envelope - Preferred
