The role sits under BMG, but within Creative X - our internal global agency that drives the creative vision for Meta brands and how they are perceived in the world. Creative X Program Managers lead the development and implementation of integrated creative programs. These are outbound marketing efforts that require close collaboration with marketers and product teams.

    Required Skills:

    Program Lead Responsibilities:

    1. Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns

    2. Create partnerships with Marketers, Integrated Marketers, Channel Leads, Product Marketing Managers, internal creative teams and external agencies

    3. Reports directly to the Head of Program Management for the Business Marketing Group

    4. Partner with Marketing and Creative leads for operational and creative needs across the full marketing plan

    5. Orchestrate how creative projects fit within the wider business portfolio through the lens of objectives, impact, risks and resources

    6. Prioritize competing needs with reasoning and viable solutions across multiple teams and projects

    7. Build and optimize systems, tools and standards that improve creative production within the organization

    8. Coordinate the wider team to ensure successful communication and delivery of various marketing launches

    9. In partnership with International and Integrated Marketers, manage agency relationships for large scale integrated creative campaigns

    10. Manage workflow for inbound and outbound projects, integrated production budgets and approvals, requirements for strategic sourcing and procurement, and the development of high-quality assets, often with tight deadlines

    11. Maintain brand integrity across all project deliverables, working closely within Design, Legal and Product guidance

    12. Mobilize the team towards forward progress, action, and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles

    13. Travel for key meetings or events

    Minimum Qualifications:

    14. 10+ years of client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent role

    15. Experience in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design and systems planning

    16. Creative operations experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and negotiation

    17. Experience in creative planning and development, production, editorial, finishing and delivery/trafficking

    18. Experience across major creative channels and large-scale integrated creative campaigns

    19. Experience working across global markets

    20. Experience working as a cross-functional manager within a quick changing, often ambiguous, start-up environment

    21. Experience in shipping work across all channels including events

    22. Experience working with a large, global tech company

    23. Interest in new technology, specifically MR and AI

    Public Compensation:

    $142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
