    Overview

     

    Colliers Engineering & Design is currently seeking a CADD Operator to join our Telecom team in Mt. Laurel, NJ!

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in the setup of plans by analyzing sketches, notes and other input material to determine the best approach for the completion of drawings.

    + Work from detailed sketches to produce computer-generated graphs, charts, overlays and isometric drawings including digital terrain models and surfaces.

    + Conform to the company’s standard CAD procedures for layering, etc., and standard drawing procedures for sheet layout.

    + Work with numerous project teams to help in project completion.

    + Coordinates details and dimensions between drawing sheets.

    + Prepare project exhibits.

    + Address assignments of increased difficulty as proficiency is increased.

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma/GED is required; Associate degree or a certificate from a technical school, preferably in AutoCAD is preferred.

    + Increasing proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D including, but not limited to, knowledge of layers, dynamic and regular blocks, scale factors and paper space settings.

    + Increasing proficiency in MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer, TopoDOT, and other related software.

    + Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

     

    Compensation: $21.50 to $30.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)

     

    Requires a pre-employment drug screen.
