    Job Summary:

    TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an experienced, cardiology advanced practice provider interested in an outpatient clinic practice with our employed group in Nashville, Tennessee.

    Qualified Candidates:

    + Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification

    + Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain

    + Cardiac experience as an advanced practice provider

    + Ability to work independently

    + Full time, Monday - Friday

    + Primary role providing outpatient cardiology support for structural heart clinic

    + Experience with valve disease, PFO, ASD, LAAC, and pulmonary embolism preferred
